In 2018, we’ve welcomed several MarTech experts to the Ascend team to make great strides in marketing automation, user experience, web design and software development.

Ascend’s leading-edge enterprise marketing technologies and solutions inspired successful entrepreneur and senior leader Steve Kahle to join our team. His passion for technology and marketing led him to launch and lead a digital agency for more than 20 years. Steve’s ample background in time management and workflow optimization combined with executive experience of leading a team of developers and techies make him an indispensable member of our team.  

Pam Brungardt brings over 20 years of marketing experience to Ascend. A co-founder of Dallas Marketo User Group, Pam is a Marketo and Adobe-certified expert that has helped many companies develop and execute the most efficient marketing automation strategies and solutions.    

Matt Murdy elevates our UX development capabilities to the next level. He thrives at the intersection of technology and innovation, where he passionately produces creative and agile solutions under high pressure. He has successfully delivered critical work as a user experience lead and software engineering process expert in the technology, medical, digital advertising and financial industries.

Prior joining Ascend, Hashsham Usmani spent the last 20 years developing software for leading tech and telecom companies, including IBM, Frontier and Verizon. He is a versatile front-end and back-end developer that brings invaluable expertise to our clients and projects. 

Kyle Herbst has a foundation in digital and social strategy mixed with creative direction. His grasp of cutting-edge digital marketing and his human-first approach to the projects he undertakes are critical to the successes he has achieved for companies such as Oracle, Nokia, Thomson Reuters and Universal Studios.
